To create a TAFG to review DPC’s policy for charging for DPC approved use of its car parks eg site compounds

To note the risk assessment being done and work requested of Maintenance team to clear Ham Lane access hedging.

16. Registration of The Red Lion Inn as an Asset of Community Value

To consider how to gather evidence of community support to purchase and run the asset to continue to further the social wellbeing or social interests of the community eg petition, letters.

17. Friends of the Dart Bathing Water Status Application

To decide if DPC will submit a letter of support.

19. Proposal for a DPC WhatsApp Group

To consider whether Councillors choose to participate in a Group to be used for short DPC communications.

APPROVED Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Dittisham Parish Council held in Dittisham Village Hall on Monday 19 June 2023 at 9:30 am

Present: Cllrs Nightingale (Chair), Bond (Vice-Chair), Hodge, Neale, and Unitt were present, as was A Thom (Clerk).

Apologies for absence were received from Cllr Tucker. Cllrs Green, Golding, and Lloyd were absent.

3. To consider the special motion to reconsider the 2022/23 Audit Accounting Statements, in which 22/23 values have been restated.

It was resolved to approve the motion to To reconsider the 2022/23 Audit Accounting Statements with a view to the approval and signature by the Chair of revised Accounting Statements, thereby revisiting the Items 6.3-6.5 in the meeting of DPC on 7 June 2023.
