Dittisham Parish Council is asked to comment on most applications made that fall within the parish boundary. Any views expressed by the Parish Council will be taken into account by the Planning Authority (South Hams District Council) before a decision is made, providing the points made are relevant to the determination of a planning application.

Details of planning applications up for discussion are listed in the Agenda for each forthcoming meeting and members of the public are invited to attend and express opinions, and are of course allowed to contact SHDC directly with comments.
