You are hereby summoned to attend the monthly meeting of Dittisham Parish Council to be held in Dittisham Village Hall, on Wednesday 2 June 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of transacting the following business.

To review the project to ensure that residents and visitors have access to support and information.

  2. To consider any issues raised by members of the public.

South West Gaffers request for campervans overnight in the Ham Car Park & tents on the Ham 13 – 16 August 2021 during Dittisham Regatta.

To consider approving the report’s recommendations.

To agree A5 windscreen note & Ambulance access/No Parking sign replacement sign – Cllrs Anderson and Bond

  • Emptying of Bins on The Ham

To note the schedule and consider paying for additional collections.

To decide whether to write in support as per SHDC’s letter.

  • Fraud Protection Training offer from South West Regional Organised Crime Unit

To agree to instruct the Clerk to request training and support.

To agree to dispose of the four drawer filing cabinet.
