Leatside Surgery in Totnes – where I think quite a few of us are registered – has a booking line for patients eligible for vaccination, as well as the practice proactively contacting its eligible patients. Some extracts from its website:
We will continue to proactively contact those who have yet to receive or decline the vaccine, but with more vaccines coming in this week we are now able to open up clinics to those patients aged 75 and above.
Our booking line is open from 2pm-6pm Monday – Friday (01803 862671) and the announcement will let you know whether we currently have available appointments. You will be asked to book an appointment now and at the same time in 12 weeks for your booster.

In line with national guidelines please do not contact the surgery to query when we will be offering the vaccine to the next cohort.
Dartmouth Medical Practice and Catherine House in Totnes are telephoning patients individually to be offered an appointment and DMP specifically requests patients don’t phone the surgery because this slows them down, blocks phonelines and hampers efforts to book people in.
