- Declaration of Interests To declare interests on items on the Agenda.
- Councillor Vacancy
- To agree approach to conversation with applicants having reviewed the questions asked of previous candidates in 2024
- To meet with candidates in turn:
- 5:20pm Candidate 1
- 5:40pm Candidate 2
- 6:00pm Candidate 3
- To undertake a vote to co-opt a councillor to fill the available vacancy
