Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Dittisham Parish Council held in Dittisham Village Hall
on Monday 15 December 2025 at 5:00pm.
Present: Parish Cllrs Bond (Chair), Golding, J Green and Pope were present, and C Radford (Clerk). No members of the public aside from the candidates were present.
Apologies: Cllrs N.Green, Hawkes, Neale & Unitt

2. Declaration of Interests No interests were declared on items on the agenda.
3. Councillor Vacancy
3.1 To agree approach to conversation with applicants having reviewed the questions asked of previous candidates in 2024 An approach was agreed.
3.2 To meet with candidates in turn Cllrs met with candidates as follows:
– 5:20pm Candidate 1
– 5:40pm Candidate 2
– 6:00pm Candidate 3
3.3 To undertake a vote to co-opt a councillor to fill the available vacancy It was RESOLVED to co-opt Mike Taylor as Dittisham Parish Councillor and for acceptance of office forms be completed at the next monthly meeting.
