You are hereby summoned to attend the monthly meeting of Dittisham Parish Council to be held in Dittisham Village Hall on Wednesday 1 March 2023 at 7:00p.m for the purpose of transacting the following business.

  3. To consider approval of the minutes of the meeting held on 1 February 2023.

    1. Sustainable South Hams River Assembly
      To consider paying for DPC Councillors to attend (£15 covers cost, £25 supports activities)

    2. Annual Playground Inspection – To note booking has been confirmed. £145+VAT.

  • Devon Association of Local Councils & Devon Communities Together, Survey on what resources councils would find helpful in an emergency toward a community support plan for Devon. Closes 8 March 2023.

  • SHDC, South Hams Electric Vehicle Strategy. Closes 17 March 2023.

  2. Request to loan DPC’s Projector to Ditsum Players for its AGM – To consider the request

    1. Village Hall Management Committee – To receive an update Report.

  4. Proposal for Improvement of the Flora on The Ham and Ham Triangle
    To consider approving the proposals in the Report from Cllr Neale.

  5. Temporary Compound in Ham Car Park
    To consider the proposal to change the dates to: from 6 March for four to five weeks finishing by Easter.

  6. Annual Parish Meeting – To consider the format and speakers.

  7. DPC Information Technology System – To receive the update.

  8. River Dart Coastal and Estuarine Woodland Project (Evolving Forests)
    To consider promoting and responding to request seeking landowners who own woodland within 500m on either side of the River Dart.

  9. Hedgehog Highway Project – To consider supporting the project (£150).

  1. To confirm the next meeting of Dittisham Parish Council which is scheduled for 5 April 2022 at 7:00 pm.

  2. Closure of the Meeting

To consider passing a resolution in accordance with the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act to exclude the public and press during consideration of the following item(s) because of the commercial-in-confidence nature of the business.

  1. Parish Lengthsman Contract – To consider the applications received for the Contract.

  2. Quotation for 2023 Tree Condition Assessment – To consider accepting the quote.
