You are hereby summoned to attend the extraordinary meeting of Dittisham Parish Council to be held in Dittisham Village Hall on Wednesday 30 November 2022 at 7:00p.m for the purpose of transacting the following business.

              1. AGENDA

  1. Apologies: To receive apologies for absence.

  2. To declare any personal interests or disclosable pecuniary interests in items on the agenda

  3. To agree the interview process

  4. To interview two candidates for the vacant role for a Parish Councillor

  5. To decide which candidate to co-opt

  6. Signature of the Declaration of Acceptance of Office

  7. To welcome the new Councillor to the Parish Council
