You are hereby summoned to attend the monthly meeting of Dittisham Parish Council to be held in Dittisham Village Hall on Wednesday 6 July 2022 at 7:00p.m for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Ends 18/7/22. To consider use of optional extension of up to two years.

To agree contractor to carry out 2022 risk assessment survey.

To create a Personnel Committee and to confirm its members, and Terms of Reference.

  • Finance Working Group

To agree to add members to the Lloyds and NatWest accounts bank mandates.

  • Protocol following the passing of Sovereign

To agree how to review the procedure and its contact details.

  • Proposal Creative Car Parks

To consider its proposal for DPC to use its services in The Ham car park.

To note payments made since the 1 June meeting:

To note that the May pension payment is late because of issues with the transfer of source account.

  • Annual Insurance Premium – To note that the premium has been paid. Cover for subsidence of the Old Chapel Burial Ground wall was included with an additional cost of £117.43, total premium £768.14.
