APPROVED Minutes of the Meeting of Dittisham Parish Council held in Dittisham Village Hall on Wednesday 4 December 2019 at 6:45 p.m.
Present: Cllrs Tucker (Chair), Anderson (Vice-Chair), Bond, Faulkner and Quinn were present as was A Thom (Clerk). Cllr Nightingale and one member of the public entered during the interview process.

Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs Green and Nightingale, and South Hams District Councillor McKay.

205/19 Interview of a candidate for possible co-option into a vacant position for a Parish Councillor.
Cllr Tucker explained the process.
Cllrs took turns to ask the candidate prepared questions.
The candidate asked two questions of the Parish Council.
The candidate left the room
It was resolved to co-opt Lara Lloyd to be a Dittisham Parish Councillor.
The candidate re-entered the room and accepted the co-option.
